Debbs Kitchen Berbere spice is an Ethiopian favorite that is hand blended from cumin, cardamom, allspice, fenugreek, coriander, cloves, black pepper, chili pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, ginger root, turmeric, salt, paprika and cinnamon. Berbere does pack some spiciness from the chile peppers but it is more flavorful than fiery hot.
